📋 Description

• Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of sales professionals to exceed ambitious revenue targets • Growing advertising revenue across Investment News and related wealth and investments brands • Owning key client and agency relationships in the financial services and investment sectors • Joining high‑value client meetings to support deal closure and provide leadership presence • Managing day‑to‑day sales activity, including pipeline coverage, forecasting, and performance tracking • Collaborating with Product, Editorial, Marketing, and Events to create compelling, investment‑focused media solutions and client messaging • Championing CRM discipline and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting • Supporting annual sales planning, pricing strategy, and commercial calendar coordination • Fostering a high‑performance, collaborative team culture and supporting career development

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams • Strong background in digital media sales, publishing, or events – ideally within financial services, investments, or a related B2B sector • A track record of selling digital advertising, sponsorships, or integrated media solutions • Strong background/understanding of the wealth and investments space • Skilled in consultative, needs‑based selling and business development • Data‑driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting • Ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams • High commercial acumen, with experience in pricing, packaging, and sponsorship/media sales
