📋 Description

• Receive and respond to assignments promptly • Conduct thorough onsite property inspections • Prepare detailed photo reports, cost estimates, and written reports • Collaborate with Keystone’s Managing Building Consultant during the review and approval process • Occasionally travel to perform CAT event evaluations • Act as an expert witness, when required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in general contracting, construction, home remodeling, mitigation, or related fields • Previous or current contractor’s license (if required in your state) • Hands-on experience with insurance-related repairs or claims estimating • Proficiency in construction estimating methods, including time & materials and software-based systems • Proficient or familiar with industry software such as: Xactimate (desktop & mobile), Symbility, Matterport, DocuSketch, Hover • Strong written communication skills to produce detailed, professional reports • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines • IICRC certification and/or mitigation contracting experience is a plus
