📋 Description

• Lead and execute accurate and competitive cost estimates for Data Center Services • Prepare detailed cost estimates for Data Center projects including labor, materials, equipment, and overheads • Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to determine requirements • Conduct site visits to assess site conditions, constraints, and feasibility • Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align project scopes and requirements • Maintain accurate records of estimates, project bids, and relevant documentation • Prepare and present cost reports, risk assessments, and value engineering suggestions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of Data Center services – low voltage, fiber interconnect, and wireless inbuilding solutions • Proficiency with estimation software and MS Office Suite • Proficiency with Bluebeam • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites or inter-company meetings as needed
