📋 Description

• Develop detailed, accurate estimates using Xactimate and Symbility (Cotality) • Estimation of TPA claims from initial estimate to final supplement approval • Review measurements, and elevations for varied systems • Proactively manage supplements, troubleshoot pricing discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced, proven proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility (Cotality) • Extensive experience estimating various roof types • You understand the nuances of commercial systems (flat and steep-slope) • You audit estimates against carrier guidelines and project requirements • You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your job numbers • Clear communication with Management, Project Managers, carriers, and team members
