📋 Description

• Contribute to the creation of K-12 assessments using subject matter expertise and blueprints • Use and improve content and item management systems • Ensure items align with state standards and item development best practices • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and content teammates • Create engaging, interactive, and informative assessments • Innovate with new item types enabled by AI technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Deep pedagogical expertise and expertise in state and national standards • 2+ years classroom experience teaching elementary school mathematics • Experience with collaborative work on time-sensitive projects • Interest in using new AI tools as assistants in content creation • Experience in K-12 assessment development • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent time management skills • Proven cross-cultural competency skills • Growth mindset and willingness to innovate • Project management skills, including fluency with Google Docs and spreadsheets • Willingness to learn new tools • Passion for education • Middle School teaching and assessment experience (nice to have)
