📋 Description

• Design packaging, displays, and POG renderings according to brand guidelines and launch timing. • Design printed product collateral and catalog page layouts utilizing the brand guidelines. • Executes the visual design for trade show booth signage, flyers, ads, and collateral. • Executes campaign animations for digital ads, banners, and social media. • Coordinates assets to support video production and executes video editing. • Executes new brand visions through multiple design solutions with the consistency of being on target with design objectives and brand strategy. • Work closely with internal teams to understand brand and project requirements and deadlines. • Use excellent communication skills to gain the confidence and trust of cross-functional partners and internal team members. • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming, critiques, and ideation sessions. • Follow file naming conventions and file organization procedures and rules. • Regularly upload approved assets to digital asset management (DAM) platform • Keep project management tool up to date with current project information/statuses. • Review digital proofs for accuracy and quality as needed. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree • 4+ years of graphic design experience • 5+ years of Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects. • 1+ year of experience working with Figma • 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
