📋 Description

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments in a timely manner • Manage and update patient records and information • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers • Handle inquiries regarding scheduling • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures • Assist with administrative tasks as needed • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor • Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or relevant experience • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficient in using scheduling software and electronic health records • Ability to multitask and work independently • Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus • Customer service experience in a healthcare environment preferred • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
