📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements • Drive standardization of business processes and enterprise solutions across multiple business units • Lead strategic system implementation and enhancement projects from planning through deployment • Support development of project plans, resource requirements, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions • Support evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise applications and integrated systems • Establish testing, validation, and governance standards to ensure solution quality and compliance • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technology partners • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience • Progressive experience in business systems analysis, business process improvement, or enterprise application management • Previous leadership experience managing or mentoring analysts and project teams • Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise business processes • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences • Experience with project management, process improvement, and change management methodologies • Experience with SAP or other enterprise ERP platforms • Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, engineering, or operations environments • Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, Agile, or Kanban methodologies • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to business systems • No Visa sponsorship is being offered for this position
