📋 Description

• Lead value assessment and business diagnostic workshops for customers and prospects • Assess business processes, solution adoption, organizational capabilities, and future business requirements • Identify improvement opportunities and develop future-state roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams on customer-specific recommendations and solution strategies • Apply expertise in demand planning, S&OP, supply planning, supplier collaboration, business analytics, reporting, and infrastructure technologies • Translate complex industry challenges into tailored Kinaxis solutions and drive greater adoption • Lead value engineering efforts and create and present ROI-focused business cases • Maintain industry-leading expertise in supply chain and technology domains • Contribute to white papers, case studies, and industry publications • Represent Kinaxis at conferences, symposiums, and webinars through presentations and expert sessions • Develop thought leadership content with marketing and product teams • Build and maintain a professional industry presence through forums, associations, and digital platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, supply chain transformation, business process improvement, value engineering, strategic advisory services, and/or pre-sales leadership • Strong background in supply chain management • Deep subject matter expertise in supply chain fundamentals, industry best practices, and SCM/ERP solutions • Proven success working with clients across multiple industries to design and deliver leading supply chain transformation initiatives • Demonstrated experience leading business value assessments, operating model design, capability planning, or strategic roadmap development initiatives • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to position software capabilities and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels • Collaborative mindset and track record working across sales, consulting, services, support, customer success, and product teams • Strong communication and presentation skills • Working knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in supply chain optimization, including predictive analytics, demand forecasting, anomaly detection, intelligent automation, and decision support capabilities • Valid passport to meet required domestic and international travel requirements • Graduate degree (MBA or MS) preferred • Background in finance or strong financial acumen is a plus
