📋 Description

• Oversee accurate and timely application of customer and commission payments • Monitor bank balances and manage cash flow across multiple accounts • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and operational procedures • Monitor Bank Log Trackers and resolve reconciliation discrepancies • Ensure bank and DB Commissions deposits are posted correctly and promptly • Run daily processes in AMS360 and review GL reports • Assist the CA Team with applying funds and locating missing documentation • Respond to Carrier Payables and Direct Bill inquiries • Review and escalate issues from the Cash Receipts email inbox • Monitor suspense GL accounts and perform adjusting journal entries • Order deposit tickets and scanners for new acquisitions • Manage ePays, stale/flat checks, and Trust Deposits • Assist with ACH approvals and approve documented wire transfers • Prepare weekly Trust Cash Analysis reports for the Accounting Director and Accounting Sr. Controller • Perform and oversee bank reconciliations and review open items • Review aged customer reports, on-account balances, and over-90-day receivables • Provide commentary to senior leadership regarding older balances • Oversee the CA Team and implement procedures to improve efficiency • Conduct weekly team meetings, one-on-ones, and quarterly role reviews • Attend weekly team lead and all Accounting meetings with camera on

• Proven discipline, drive to advance, and commitment • Service-focused, team-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment • Strong leadership skills to guide the Accounting Team • Ability to oversee customer and commission payment application • Knowledge of cash flow management across multiple accounts • Ability to ensure compliance with accounting standards • Experience or ability to use AMS360 and BOA CashPro • Ability to monitor bank balances, Bank Log Trackers, GL accounts, and reconciliations • Ability to prepare financial reports and cash analyses • Ability to perform adjusting journal entries • Ability to manage ePays, stale/flat checks, ACH approvals, and wire transfers • Ability to oversee Trust Deposits through Comulate • Ability to manage customer receivables and aged balance reporting • Ability to lead meetings and conduct one-on-ones
