📋 Description

• Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of personal lines professionals • Ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitable growth • Partnering closely with producers, carriers, and leadership to drive results • Tracking policy expirations for existing clients and facilitating renewals • Guiding and supporting Personal Lines Team • Assigning daily tasks and setting expectations for team members • Training, coaching, and guiding team members on performance and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience • 5+ years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience • 2+ years recent experience using AMS360 • An active P&C license
