📋 Description

• Operate campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads with a sizable budget • Structure campaigns, upload creatives and optimize for business metrics such as leads, CAC, ROAS and conversions • Be responsible for end-to-end tracking: web and server-side GTM, CAPI, pixel, GCLID, offline conversion and attribution • Ensure the connection between clicks and sales • Diagnose and resolve tracking, conversion, EMQ and lead automation issues • Work with n8n/Make automations, APIs, webhooks and advanced spreadsheets to validate and cross-check data • Use AI for heavy analysis while keeping the data pipeline clean • Contribute directly to the growth of King of Languages, an online English school in Brazil

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with paid media on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads with real budget responsibility • Hands-on experience with GTM (web and server-side), pixel, CAPI, GA4, offline conversion and cross-platform attribution • Proven track record with business metrics: leads, CAC, ROAS, conversion and sales • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical tracking and automation issues independently • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills for data cross-checking and validation • Education: High school diploma • Portuguese: Native • Pluses: background in education companies, infoproducts or e-commerce with acquisition operations at scale • Pluses: experience with automations in n8n or Make • Pluses: fluent use of AI as a productivity and analysis tool • Pluses: experience with CRMs (Kommo, Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar)
