📋 Description

• Co-creates with project leads the design of survey instruments aligning with client objectives. • Executes advanced research methods including quantitative and qualitative approaches. • Independently analyzes and creates comprehensive reporting plans. • Collaborates with project leads to generate insightful reports/presentations. • Develops client service skills through active listening and consultation. • Proactively identifies client/project risks and opportunities. • Builds upon feedback to strengthen individual and team performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (business, psychology, economics, mathematics, social sciences) • 2+ years of professional service experience in a qualitative or quantitative-focused market research role. • Excellent written communication, oral communication, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated experience with market research solutions, tools, and methodologies • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical, writing, editing, and data visualization skills • Technologically adept, with a strong aptitude for learning new platforms and tools • Ability and willingness to travel up to 5% of time
