📋 Description

• Prepare and send accurate Initial Closing Disclosures (ICDs) to borrowers • Troubleshoot and resolve closing issues while maintaining a strong customer experience • Execute the transfer of lender funds so transactions close smoothly and on time • Review loan document details including sales price, loan amount, and vesting • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and program guidelines • Partner with Loan Officers, Bridge Loan Specialists, Loan Assistants, and settlement teams • Audit signed closing packages before funds are released • Manage a pipeline of 50–60 loans per month • Mentor, collaborate, and share knowledge with team members • Support special projects and team needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recent experience closing residential loans (cash-out refinance expertise = a huge plus!) • Experience handling 50–60 closings per month in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve closing issues quickly • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proactive communication skills • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently • Proficiency with a LOS and other lending systems • Experience using Meridian Link • Previous remote work experience and ability to stay connected in a distributed team • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to set up and constantly operate a computer • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information via telephone or internet video applications
