📋 Description

• Execute recurring weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and analyses, delivering accurate, timely results • Improve and automate recurring deliverables • Build and refine sales forecasting, including pipeline, capacity, and target-setting analysis, in partnership with sales leadership • Identify sales efficiency opportunities across rep productivity, merchant prioritization, onboarding and activation, and funnel conversion • Partner with Sales and Data teams to improve the quality and structure of underlying sales data • Partner with Product teams on feature rollouts by defining success metrics, designing test and measurement plans, and delivering read-outs • Support long-term company planning with analysis that informs roadmap priorities and launch sequencing • Develop and maintain data queries and BI assets for self-serve analytics • Present findings to leadership to influence strategy and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc.) • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role • Experience in Sales Analytics preferred • Strong SQL skills; able to manipulate and interpret large datasets • Experience building BI dashboards (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent) • Familiarity with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experiment design • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders
