• Execute regional demand gen programs across campaigns, webinars, and events • Support pipeline generation through coordinated field marketing initiatives • Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups • Execute joint marketing programs with Databricks, including: • ○ Co-branded campaigns • ○ Joint webinars and workshops • ○ Field events and executive sessions • Coordinate closely with Databricks partner marketing and sales teams on messaging, timelines, and deliverables • Support MDF-funded initiatives and ensure clean execution • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events (conferences, roadshows, webinars) • Coordinate event logistics, materials, speakers, and on-site support • Manage post-event follow-up with sales and partners • Coordinate development of decks, one-pagers, emails, event materials, and customer stories • Proactively gather inputs and approvals from internal teams and partners • Work with social teams to align promotion around key campaigns and events • Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and execution documentation • Support CRM and marketing automation execution (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) • Ensure leads, assets, and campaign data are properly tracked
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or partner marketing • Proven experience executing campaigns, events, and regional programs • Strong project management and organizational skills • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, partners, and leadership • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to travel for events
