📋 Description

• Own the working relationship across accounts • Lead client meetings and build trust with multiple stakeholders • Partner with Strategy and Decision Science teams to turn customer data into recommendations that improve participation, redemption, and ROI • Define and launch seasonal, tier-based, and milestone promotions • Anticipate issues before escalation and drive them to resolution • Identify expansion opportunities and build account growth roadmaps • Lead product conversations and own client readiness for launches and major initiatives • Lead day-to-day client and internal partnerships on one or more retail accounts • Shape loyalty strategy with data and insight • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs that improve clients' business performance

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 10 years in marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM roles • Strategic vision paired with hands-on execution • Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into decisions • Knowledge of CRM, loyalty platforms, and customer segmentation • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field • Ability to travel up to 15% • Loyalty program management experience • Background in retail, e-commerce, or hospitality • Client services or sales experience, or an advanced degree or certification in marketing or customer engagement
