📋 Description

• Lead workshops demonstrating SAP EWM processes and gathering warehouse/logistics requirements • Design, configure, and implement scalable SAP EWM solutions • Deliver end-to-end projects through functional design, SIT/UAT testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support • Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA modules, Global Trade & Services, and third-party systems • Configure inbound/outbound flows, warehouse structure, RF framework, LOSC/POSC, automation, HU management, and VAS/kitting • Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and end-user training materials • Partner with ABAP developers on enhancements, interfaces, OData services, RF developments, and custom objects • Support integrations and troubleshoot IDocs, qRFC, MFS, and EWM issues • Liaise between business and technical teams and contribute to solution architecture and delivery • Mentor junior consultants and provide ongoing support, training, and best-practice guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • 6+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience • Strong hands-on SAP EWM configuration experience across inbound/outbound, internal movements, RF, VAS, LOSC/POSC, HU management, and kitting • Technical exposure to ABAP debugging, enhancement framework, IDocs, qRFC, RF screen customization, and integration tools • Ability to develop and review functional specifications and partner with development teams • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and automation systems • Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA EWM in embedded and/or decentralized environments • Knowledge of SAP EWM best practices and industry standards • Ability to support system integration and troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues • Willingness to travel 20–40% based on project and client needs • SAP EWM certification or formal SAP training is a nice-to-have • Knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution or additional SAP modules is a nice-to-have • Experience with decentralized EWM implementation with S/4HANA is a nice-to-have • BTP knowledge is a nice-to-have • German or Spanish is preferred • MFS experience is an advantage • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Employer will not sponsor work visas
