📋 Description

• Provide and effectively deliver installation methods training for branch offices • Assist regional leaders with implementation of installation programs, processes, and initiatives • Provide installation methods and process training to installation employees, including safety and quality training • Audit documented processes to validate method and process alignment at the front-line level • Provide feedback on changes needed to installation documentation, methods, training, design, manufacturing, and delivery • Evaluate installations and provide recommendations and guidance to improve installation efficiency • Support tendering and order development • Support installation planning and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of overall progressive experience installing new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators • Strong background at the field installation level • Progressive and demonstrated installation management skills • Project management skills • Training skills • Ability to provide installation methods and process training, including safety and quality training • Ability to audit documented processes and validate method and process alignment • Ability to evaluate installations and recommend improvements to installation efficiency • Ability to support tendering/order development and installation planning and execution • Candidate must live within the area of the role’s scope of responsibility • Ability to work remotely from a physical location identified to the Company
