📋 Description

• Set the multi-year direction for how Konnect prices, meters, entitles, and invoices • Decide shared platform capabilities versus feature-specific functionality and sequence delivery • Build a unified entitlements model consistently reflected in contracts, product enforcement, provisioning, and billing • Translate pricing and packaging decisions into production, including plan configuration, metering changes, contract updates, customer migrations, and revenue protection • Run event pipelines, aggregation layers, and reporting experiences for usage and charges • Ensure financial-grade metering accuracy, auditability, and reconciliation • Own self-serve plan discovery, checkout, payments integration, subscription lifecycle, retries, dunning, and billing administration • Connect enterprise sales and channel motions to billing through CPQ-to-entitlement sync, custom contracts, invoice billing, and cloud marketplace billing • Automate provisioning and fulfillment workflows • Migrate from the current metering and billing system to a target stack supporting new pricing and packaging • Define domain health metrics including net revenue retention, billing-driven churn, invoice dispute rate, collections aging, and billing support ticket load • Partner with Product Growth, Pricing & Packaging, Finance, GTM, Sales, and Engineering • Report to the Sr Director, Product (Platform)

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of product management experience in SaaS • 2 or more years of experience directly in billing, monetization, or pricing • Ability to co-design billing stack architecture with an engineering partner • Experience carrying pricing or packaging changes from proposal through production • Experience with financial modeling, plan configuration, grandfathering logic, migrations, sales enablement, and customer communication • Experience building or scaling consumption-based monetization • SQL, Snowflake, Hex, or equivalent proficiency • Direct experience with Stripe or a metered billing platform such as Metronome, Orb, or OpenMeter • Experience designing billing surfaces including plan pages, checkouts, invoices, and usage dashboards • Experience with API, infrastructure, or developer-platform products • Ability to independently define and execute a long-term billing, fulfillment, and provisioning vision • Experience leading an end-to-end pricing transformation or building a billing system from scratch is a bonus • Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure cloud marketplace integrations or Salesforce CPQ-to-billing integrations is a bonus • Proficiency using LLMs and coding agents in product management is a bonus
