• Serve as a senior operational and deployment leader for enterprise-wide coordination, governance, and operational oversight of EHR implementation and deployment activities • Support ongoing enterprise operations through oversight of Implementation, Deployment, Cohort Evaluation and Readiness Plan, and Go-Live and Onsite Incident Command • Deploy and integrate the Oracle Millennium EHR across multiple sites • Develop detailed deployment plans, test scripts, and cutover activities • Coordinate and lead cross-functional deployment teams • Manage large-scale IT/EHR deployments and multiple priorities • Oversee healthcare data migration and patient record management • Drive process improvements and innovative deployment strategies • Mentor and guide team members through large-scale deployment challenges • Manage risk, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure • Communicate technical concepts to clinical and non-technical staff • Present to large groups and key stakeholders
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance of at least a public trust • US citizenship • Proven experience deploying and integrating the Oracle Millennium EHR across multiple sites • Deep understanding of EHR systems, healthcare IT infrastructure, and federal health IT initiatives • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and deployment best practices • Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional deployment teams • Excellent project management skills with experience in large-scale IT/EHR deployments • Proficiency in developing detailed deployment plans, test scripts, and cutover activities • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, system integration, and EHR principles • Background in healthcare data migration and patient record management • Strong problem-solving, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to communicate technical concepts to clinical and non-technical staff • Proficiency with MS Office suite and project management tools • Minimum 5 years project management experience • Minimum 5 years Federal Government experience • 7–10+ years implementing Health IT solutions, including the Oracle Millennium EHR product • Data analytics and reporting using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Tableau • Knowledge of Meaningful Use, HIPAA, and healthcare data security requirements • Experience working with tribal healthcare facilities or IHS programs • Understanding of IHS policies and federal healthcare regulations • Master’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, or related field preferred • 7–10 years hospital or clinic experience • Experience presenting to large groups or key stakeholders preferred • Experience with Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR platforms preferred • PMP, ITIL, or SAFe Agile certifications preferred
