• Support the day-to-day execution of marketing and communications activities • Assist in developing marketing collateral, content, and internal repositories supporting business development and growth • Draft and review content for LinkedIn, blogs, corporate Intranet, and website updates • Develop, review, and update graphics for company communications and marketing materials • Maintain and organize the graphics library for Marketing and Communications team assets • Help manage the social media calendar, update and post content, and monitor engagement • Assist in planning and executing special events, webinars, and virtual or in-person outreach activities • Support internal communications, including maintaining corporate Intranet content and managing employee engagement content • Maintain marketing supply inventory and organize digital assets • Assist with general office tasks • Help maintain the company's digital presence and ensure brand consistency across marketing collateral and communications channels
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field • 1–3 years of marketing experience • Government Contracting industry experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint • Experience with CRM platforms, design tools (Adobe Creative Suite), and CMS platforms (WordPress) required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of AP Style preferred • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • A creative eye for design, photography, or videography is highly valued • Familiarity with the federal procurement lifecycle and Government Contracting environment preferred • High degree of accuracy in all work products with strong quality control mindset • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
