• Assist in network assessments and documentation of requirements • Verify network hardware/software configurations against approved standards • Perform basic troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices • Monitor network performance and escalate anomalies to Tier 3 staff • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve service issues • Maintain accurate records of network incidents, changes, and resolutions • Support user account administration and access control • Assist with client device setup and connectivity issues • Monitor system logs and report authentication or hardware anomalies • Apply routine security patches under guidance from Tier 3 staff • Utilize network monitoring tools to identify performance or security issues • Maintain clear and professional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor's preferred) • 2-3 years of experience in network support or administration • Exposure to regulated or secure environments is a plus • Entry-level certification (Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+)
