📋 Description
• Develop fully coordinated 3D models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems • Model ductwork, chilled water piping, AHUs, fire protection, and plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit • Prepare HVAC layout drawings and sections • Model cable trays, conduits, lighting, and power systems • Develop panel schedules and single-line diagrams • Model water supply, drainage, vent systems, and sprinkler systems • Develop LOD 200–400 MEP models • Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks • Coordinate with architectural and structural disciplines • Generate shop drawings and spool drawings • Update models based on RFIs and design revisions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field • 3–6 years of MEP BIM modeling experience • Strong proficiency in: Autodesk Revit (MEP tools mandatory), AutoCAD, Navisworks • Solid understanding of: HVAC systems, Electrical distribution systems, Plumbing & Fire Protection systems • Experience working on US / UK / AU construction projects preferred • Knowledge of NEC, ASHRAE, IPC, or relevant codes is a plus
