📋 Description
• Lead engineering and construction projects from initiation to completion • Interpret, review, and coordinate 2D & 3D AutoCAD drawings • Own project scopes, schedules, and budgets from kickoff through closeout • Manage multiple small to complex projects simultaneously • Coordinate internal discipline teams and external subconsultants • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans • Monitor progress, performance, risks, and deliverables • Conduct site meetings, progress reviews, and reporting • Manage subcontractors and suppliers • Ensure compliance with US / UK / AU construction standards (preferred) • Maintain quality control and safety compliance • Serve as primary client contact for assigned projects • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field • Minimum 5+ years of experience in engineering/construction project management • Strong knowledge of US / UK / AU construction standards (preferred) • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) • Experience reviewing and coordinating technical drawings • Strong understanding of engineering and construction processes • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently • PMP certification (preferred but not required)
