📋 Description

• Run execution across the company and eliminate the CEO's need to drive granular execution • Operate across sales, marketing, engineering, operations, manufacturing, product development, supply chain, and finance • Sit above the functional layer with a direct mandate from the CEO • Drive any function to results without borrowing others' authority • Hold senior people accountable for outcomes • Build and operate systems, products, and automation • Challenge engineering and operations estimates in reviews • Oversee the production and shipment of physical products • Apply AI tools and agentic workflows in day-to-day work • Report to the CEO

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior execution carrying complex, cross-functional work to accountable outcomes • Experience working effectively without formal authority over most involved people • Hands-on experience building products, systems, or automation • Ability to challenge engineering or operations estimates on their merits • Hardware and manufacturing fluency • Comfort with factory-floor and supply-chain operations • Understanding of making and shipping physical products • Meaningful, hands-on use of modern AI tools and agentic workflows • Ideally, experience building AI-enabled tools that others relied on • Ability to command a room of senior people and drive action • Business acumen and comfort with a P&L and financial statements • Resume submission • Briefly describe a time responsible for something without authority and successfully delivering it • Must not require current or future visa sponsorship
