📋 Description

• Own business development for US finance and investing creators and affiliates • Develop and execute the US creator and affiliate strategy, initially focused on Margin trading volume and funded accounts • Expand the strategy across Kraken's other trading products as appropriate • Own partner acquisition and relationship development from outreach and commercial conversations through activation and ongoing growth • Structure CPA, revenue-share and hybrid partnerships tied to funded accounts and trading activity • Set up and manage tracking, attribution, payout and reporting for partner measurement • Work with Legal and Compliance on disclosure, content review and approved messaging for leveraged-product promotion • Partner with Growth, Marketing, Product and other teams to turn opportunities into campaigns • Bring partner and audience feedback back into the product • Coordinate with the NORAM Pro KOL Business Development team to avoid duplicated relationships • Track attributable trading volume, funded accounts, active-trader retention and CAC per partner • Prioritize partners and investment based on performance results • Identify emerging creators, communities and affiliate publishers reaching active US traders and investors

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in business development, partnerships, influencer management or affiliate-led growth in the US • Track record of running performance-based creator or affiliate programs for a brokerage, trading platform or investing product • Experience growing margin, options, futures or other leveraged or active-trading products • Strong existing network and understanding of the US finance and investing creator ecosystem • Working knowledge of crypto and digital assets, with ability to explain crypto trading products clearly • Ability to originate, negotiate and grow commercially meaningful partnerships • Experience with CPA, revenue-share and hybrid deal structures • Hands-on experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms • Record of turning creator or affiliate activity into measurable outcomes such as funded accounts, trading volume, revenue or acquisition, with numerical results • Familiarity with US financial advertising rules, including FTC paid-endorsement disclosure • Experience getting creator content through compliance review • Strong relationship-building skills and commercial judgment • Comfort using performance data to evaluate partners, diagnose results, adjust strategy and end underperforming partnerships • Strong cross-functional execution skills • Ability to move opportunities from prospecting through launch and ongoing growth • Nice to have: experience working in wealth management or fintech • Nice to have: experience at a crypto exchange or digital-asset firm • Nice to have: existing relationships with US crypto-native creators
