📋 Description

• Architect and build agentic workflows using n8n, Claude API, Python, and MCP for Compliance processes • Design and deliver AI solutions for alert pre-screening, case narrative generation, regulatory change summarization, EDD report drafting, and audit-ready documentation • Build scalable automated analytics for repeatable risk insights for Compliance leadership and regulators • Apply AI techniques to text analysis, transaction pattern recognition, and workflow automation • Build error handling, audit trails, regulatory-calendar awareness, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints into production systems • Ensure automations comply with customer PII, regulated financial data, GDPR, and AML data retention requirements • Classify automation builds by risk tier and ensure Process Owners, data flows, access controls, and regulatory impact assessments are documented • Maintain audit logging and documentation for systems touching regulated data, SAR workflows, or sanctions-adjacent processes • Halt or redesign builds presenting unacceptable regulatory, legal, or privacy risk • Represent Compliance in governance standards, model risk management, and cross-functional Automate Everything alignment • Produce documentation, workflow templates, and runbooks for Compliance professionals • Train Compliance team members and drive adoption of deployed AI tools and workflows • Track and report automation impact, including review time, case throughput, report cycle time, and analyst capacity • Enable investigators and analysts to focus on high-judgment, high-risk decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Compliance operations, financial crime, regulatory technology, or a combined compliance and technical role • Demonstrated senior-level execution • Strong fluency with AI and workflow automation tools • Experience designing, deploying, and driving adoption of AI solutions within Compliance or RegTech workflows • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered or automated workflows in a production environment used by others • Deep knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, transaction monitoring, capital markets compliance, and data privacy frameworks • Ability to move from discovery through design, build, deployment, and optimization without relying on external consultants • Proficiency with n8n, Python, Claude API/Anthropic SDK, or equivalent • Experience connecting Compliance systems via API is required • Strong analytical problem-solving skills • Understanding of data classification, customer PII handling, GDPR, BSA, FATF standards, and AML data retention requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate technical solutions and analytical results for Compliance professionals, senior leadership, and regulators • Nice-to-have: Experience with Actimize, NICE Actimize, Quantexa, or equivalent • Nice-to-have: AI for document analysis, transaction narrative generation, or regulatory report drafting • Nice-to-have: Regulatory examination readiness, model risk governance, and audit trail requirements • Nice-to-have: Google Apps Script or equivalent, Excel, and Google Sheets • Nice-to-have: Python for transaction data analysis, risk scoring models, or compliance pipeline automation • Nice-to-have: Compliance technology platform administration • Nice-to-have: RegTech, compliance automation, or financial crime analytics function experience • Nice-to-have: Crypto, fintech, payments, capital markets, or regulated financial institution experience
