📋 Description

• Design complete social journeys covering discovery, following, sharing ideas or trades, responses, and return visits • Shape navigation, information hierarchy, copy, defaults, gestures, and feedback, including empty, failure, loading, and reversal states • Create interactive prototypes, explore alternatives, test uncertain areas, and provide engineering with flows, states, and acceptance criteria • Apply behavioral psychology to improve posting, following, recognition, reputation, visibility, and participation • Conduct usability sessions, observe task completion, and combine research observations with funnel data • Design experiences for first use and repeated use, including lightweight sharing during active trading and public-visibility controls • Define expected behavior and measurement for significant changes; track task completion, abandonment, follows, contributions, responses, and retention • Collaborate with data science to evaluate experiments and effects on contributors and audiences • Take products through launch, resolve engineering trade-offs, review implementation, and use post-launch evidence to prioritize improvements • Build social experiences around investing and trading at Kraken, a crypto trading and financial infrastructure platform

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years working as a Product Manager and in a senior+ capacity • Over 2 years shipping consumer social experiences, such as feeds, profiles, and discovery • Experience designing and shipping consumer social experiences • Strong interaction design craft • Ability to build realistic interactive prototypes using Figma, code, AI tools, or a combination • Ability to use user research and evidence to inform design decisions • Ability to prioritize problems, define success, interpret funnel and cohort data, and evaluate experiments • Understanding of credibility, incentives, reputation, and visibility of financial activity in social finance • Ability to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments • Ability to work from a specified city and country; sponsorship requirements must be disclosed • Applicants may redact age, date of birth, and education attendance or graduation dates from resumes
