📋 Description

• Own interview operations end to end across regions and time zones • Support global executive and non-executive hiring operations, including scheduling, rescheduling, tracking, and candidate communications • Coordinate calendars with executive assistants across regions • Own worldwide new-hire pre-boarding, including country-specific background checks, communications, progress tracking, issue resolution, and start-date risk escalation • Create and maintain accurate candidate and hiring records in Ashby and Workday • Ensure new-hire data is complete and timely for hires in every region • Partner with onboarding, recruiting, and hiring managers to transition candidates from offer acceptance to day one • Apply hiring policies consistently across regions, flag exceptions, and escalate early

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR operations, or a similar role • Experience ideally in a high-growth, global environment spanning NORAM, EMEA, LATAM, APAC and MENA • Hands-on experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Ashby is a plus • Experience supporting pre-boarding and onboarding, including coordinating background checks, tracking progress, resolving issues, and flagging risks to start dates early • Working knowledge of background check processes and requirements across multiple countries and regions • Ability to coordinate across time zones and manage complex, high-volume calendars and logistics with exceptional precision • Exceptional judgment and discretion with confidential candidate and executive information • Excellent communication skills and professionalism with executives, hiring managers, and candidates from diverse regions and cultures • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and adapt quickly • Experience in crypto, fintech, or another regulated industry is nice to have
