📋 Description

• Own web design and UX end-to-end • Build the AI design system that lets the team self-serve • Extend design across the marketing surface • Own and evolve the brand system • Use AI as your primary production engine • Prototype fast • Partner with engineering on a clean handoff • Set the design quality bar • Partner with Payward's design and brand teams • Document your systems for the whole org

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on web and digital design experience • Strong portfolio of shipped web and marketing design work • Deep command of website UX: information architecture, responsive layout, design systems, interaction and conversion design • Strong, demonstrable AI design skills • Experience with Claude Design and other AI visual design tools • A systems builder, not a one-off maker • Comfortable designing lifecycle email, organic social, and brand assets • Can hold and evolve a brand while the team ships fast • Experience producing clickable, code-backed prototypes • Strong collaborator and communicator • Bias to ship • Crypto-native or genuinely curious about crypto, trading, and prop
