📋 Description

• Interpret conversations accurately and completely between Mandarin and English • Maintain impartiality and confidentiality during assignments • Listen attentively and communicate information clearly • Follow professional standards and company procedures • Prepare for assignments and maintain professional conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English • Strong listening, comprehension, and communication skills • Ability to convey information accurately in both languages • Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail • Availability to meet scheduling requirements • Previous interpreting experience is not required • Backgrounds in customer service, education, or other communication-focused roles may be helpful • Ability to work 4.5 or 9 hours per day, 5 days per week, with 2 days off • Availability for daytime or overnight shifts aligned with PST and EST • Must complete the online application form and required screening questions
