📋 Description

• Provide accurate, consecutive interpretation primarily in medical settings • Facilitate crucial communication in social services and financial contexts • Initially provide Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) • Progress to Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) based on performance • Join and support a global language-solutions team serving the healthcare sector

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation • Minimum C1 English fluency • Valid English certifications accepted from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE • Must pass a terminology and interpreter skills evaluation during the hiring process • Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology • Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications • Willingness to successfully complete a standard background check via email • Mandatory hardwired Ethernet connection directly to the router; Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited • High-quality, noise-canceling USB headset • Minimum Windows 10 operating system and 4GB RAM • Latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge • Dedicated, quiet, and fully HIPAA-compliant working environment
