📋 Description

• Lead and manage electrical installation projects from initial planning through final completion • Coordinate site activities • Review electrical drawings • Schedule resources • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards • Oversee subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality project execution • Supervise electrical contractors on site • Provide guidance regarding contractor scope and ensure work meets Krones quality standards • Report daily on site conditions, quality issues, and delays • Train contractors when necessary on locating information provided by Krones Engineering • Verify electrical contractor inventory management of Krones-provided installation materials • Partner with Supplier Development Engineering Electrical to resolve repetitive quality issues • Perform testing protocols for machines and complete lines • Complete required documentation • Disclose unqualified companies or personnel, failed machine safety measurements or testing, and unresolved quality issues to Krones project management and Supplier Development Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in mechatronics or electrical engineering, or equivalent field experience • 2-5 years of experience leading and organizing construction sites • Technical expertise in electrical systems • Critical thinking and problem-solving • Effective communication skills • Ability to multitask • Strong customer focus • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics preferred • Journeyman level experience preferred • Knowledge of Krones electrical installations and schematics preferred • Familiarity with IEC 60204-1, NFPA 70/70E, IEC 60364, and NFPA 79 preferred • Understanding of power systems including sub distribution preferred • OSHA 30 preferred • Familiarity with SAP and MS Office preferred • Ability to diagnose and resolve contractor quality and documentation issues • Ability to manage contractors • Ability to work with Krones support to resolve IT issues • Willingness to travel up to 90-100% domestically and internationally
