• Support execution of DC01 logistics projects and major equipment shipments • Track EXW, ETD, ETA, Hub Arrival, and Jobsite Need Date milestones • Maintain the DC01 Tracker and provide accurate shipment visibility • Coordinate logistics kick-off meetings and project reviews • Communicate shipment status, schedule changes, and operational risks to stakeholders • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments through Houston and Charleston hubs • Monitor receiving activities, inventory visibility, shipment accuracy, and proof-of-delivery documentation • Support transportation planning and jobsite delivery execution • Coordinate with hub operators, carriers, and project teams to maintain material flow and schedule adherence • Monitor hub floor utilization, storage capacity, and inventory levels • Identify capacity constraints and support contingency planning • Monitor weather, hurricane, transportation, packaging, and port-related risks • Coordinate risk mitigation activities and escalate issues affecting project schedules or deliveries • Collaborate with Trade Compliance, Purchasing, Project Management, Engineering, Service Operations, and the Hubs • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, warehousing partners, and customers • Serve as the primary operational contact for logistics coordination and shipment visibility • Support compliance with Krones logistics, customs, and trade policies • Participate in process improvement and logistics standardization initiatives • Assist Logistics and Trade Compliance Project Teams with SAP S/4HANA implementation • Support requirements definition, testing, training, deployment, user adoption, and process improvement for SAP S/4HANA
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations • In lieu of a bachelor's degree in a related field, a high school diploma with 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations is acceptable • Experience coordinating cross-functional logistics activities • Experience effectively communicating across multiple levels of the organization • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Regular project-dependent travel, including travel to Houston, TX and Charleston, SC hubs, Krones Inc. in Franklin, WI, customer jobsites, and logistics partners throughout North America • Expected travel of up to 20–30% regularly, with potential for higher travel up to 80% during the first six months
