• Promote Vyjuvek for patients with dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (DEB) • Successfully launch the company’s first commercialized product within the assigned territory • Represent the “voice of the customer” with internal Krystal teams • Engage the dermatology community and specialties diagnosing, treating and managing DEB • Achieve or exceed sales goals by promoting Vyjuvek to pediatric dermatologists and other key stakeholders • Drive patient identification through appropriate HCP-driven market development strategies • Increase brand awareness by building and executing territory strategies and account plans • Assess opportunities within markets and accounts to support a successful launch • Educate healthcare professionals on Vyjuvek’s indication, usage, specifications, safety and efficacy through meetings, presentations and other appropriate means • Prioritize and manage time, activities and resources to optimize access to academic and community HCPs • Build consultative sales relationships and maintain communication with customers and prospects • Collaborate with commercial departments, including patient services and field reimbursement, to ensure site-of-care access and medication logistics • Use and organize data to prioritize opportunities • Develop and implement a strategic territory business plan • Manage company resources, including the IOE budget, literature, marketing materials and patient materials • Coordinate promotional efforts with peers • Execute speaker programs, local sponsorships, displays and exhibits across academic institutions, physician offices, infusion centers and alternate sites • Maintain territory administration, including business planning, CRM activity records, expense reporting and territory performance reviews • Attend assigned company meetings and national, regional and local conferences • Perform other duties as assigned • Report directly to the Senior Area Director
• BS/BA degree required • Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required • Minimum 3 years of rare disease sales experience required • Dermatology experience desired • Product launch experience required • Start-up experience desired • Experience operating in complex reimbursement environments • Thorough understanding of site of care identification, development and education • Understanding and experience working with patient services required • Track record of sustained strong sales achievement, including achieving and exceeding sales and qualitative targets • Experience driving, leading and delivering territory-level cross-functional business planning • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal skills, both virtually and in-person • Ability to network and develop professional relationships with institutions, academic medical centers and Key Opinion Leaders • Must reside within the assigned territory • Valid driver's license • Overnight travel varies depending on territory size • Ability to adhere to corporate and industry guidelines, policies, compliance requirements and mission
