📋 Description
• Work within Kilpatrick's Chemistry & Life Sciences Patent Prosecution team • Handle patent prosecution tasks related to bioinformatics and AI • Collaborate with legal and technical teams on patent matters
🎯 Requirements
• USPTO-registered Patent Agent or Patent Attorney • Strong educational and/or industry experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Artificial Intelligence or a closely related field • Preferred advanced degree (MS or PhD) • At least three years of related patent prosecution experience • High level of familiarity and practical experience in both the software and biological fields • Highly detail-oriented • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in technical writing considered a strong plus • Admission (or qualification for admission) to the state bar corresponding to the primary office location
