📋 Description

• Take assigned propositions through intake, build, gate reviews, launch, and refresh • Build and quality-check proposition toolkits, including client-facing narrative, qualification guidance, proof points, competitive positioning, and commercial inputs • Orchestrate contributing teams under one brief and shared schedule • Prepare gate reviews and ensure documented sign-off before stage advancement • Run quarterly refresh cycles and incorporate learning from wins and losses • Monitor the portfolio for overlap, white space, and propositions that should be retired • Bring portfolio recommendations to the Executive Portfolio Strategist • Work with narrative, enablement, commercial, and operations teams • Develop propositions focused on AI, data, emerging technology, agentic AI, and enterprise adoption from pilot to production • Measure launch readiness, schedule adherence, toolkit quality, refresh cadence, market usage, market adoption, pipeline, and signings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in offering or product strategy, product marketing, proposition development, or consulting involving building and launching a repeatable offer • Experience running a structured lifecycle or stage-gate process • Strong written craft and ability to turn technical capabilities into client-focused offerings • Ability to orchestrate senior contributors across functions without formal authority • Comfort working to deadlines with several propositions live at once • Technical fluency sufficient to discuss offerings with practice experts • Familiarity with enterprise AI adoption is a strong advantage • Background at a large consulting, professional services, or technology services firm is an advantage • Domain depth in AI and data for the relevant portfolio is an advantage • Experience with commercial and pricing inputs is an advantage • Experience with competitive positioning and win/loss analysis is an advantage
