📋 Description

• Own significant parts of client design workstreams from research and requirements through detailed design, high-fidelity visual design, prototyping, and delivery • Understand clients’ users and business needs • Present work in design reviews • Collaborate with engineering, data, and consulting teams to deliver cohesive experiences • Use stakeholder and user feedback to iterate and refine solutions for quality and usability • Map journeys and build service blueprints spanning human and AI actors • Design human-in-the-loop hand-off moments and interaction patterns for non-deterministic systems • Handle latency, ambiguity, uncertainty, and error states so users remain informed and in control • Prototype and test human/AI interactions with real users • Develop a point of view on where automation serves people and where it does not • Design dashboards, web and enterprise applications, design systems, and service experiences • Participate in and facilitate client-facing workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Solid grounding in human-centered design methods and mindset • Portfolio of client, enterprise, or product work • Ability to design user flows, journeys, and interfaces using common interaction patterns • Ability to create journey maps and service blueprints for multi-actor systems, including AI-agent systems • Hands-on experience designing AI-driven features or agentic experiences, including human/AI interaction flows, hand-off moments, and interfaces handling uncertainty and error • Ability to plan and conduct generative and evaluative user research and translate findings into design decisions • Fluency in Figma or similar tools • Ability to create low- to high-fidelity prototypes, including AI-assisted interaction prototypes • Direct experience working with clients or business stakeholders • Workshop facilitation and clear, persuasive explanation of design decisions • Strong visual design skills in typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and iconography • Fluency working within and contributing to design systems • Strong information design and visual communication skills • Portfolio demonstrating visual design craft • Experience designing for accessibility, inclusion, and appropriate transparency in AI-driven features • Use of AI-powered design and research tools while maintaining quality and craft • Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in experience design or a related field • Preferred: Experience in enterprise, agency, or consulting environments • Preferred: Exposure to IT infrastructure or other complex technical domains • Preferred: Background in human behavior or applied social sciences • Preferred: Experience working closely with AI/ML engineering teams • Preferred: Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools such as Figma Make, Miro AI, or Lovable • If hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, may be required to show proof of vaccination under that location's policy
