📋 Description

• Grow L2 Brands’ business by educating the promotional products industry about the Legacy, League, Ouray, Locale, and Wild Tribute brands • Network and conduct in-person and virtual presentations with top accounts • Use L2’s internal database and CRM to service and prospect accounts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals • Generate new sales by identifying and pursuing prospective customers • Manage, maintain, reactivate, and grow the customer base • Plan pre-call and pre-email customer engagement with clear objectives • Communicate persuasively with customers using selling, listening, and negotiation skills • Introduce promotions and cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts • Meet monthly and annual sales goals and manage daily KPIs • Make a minimum of 20 outbound calls and 25 proactive emails per day • Conduct account visits, including up to 3 days on the road per week with 4 meetings per day • Deliver Teams presentations to customers, averaging 4 per week • Maintain customer and deal information in HubSpot, including communication flow, strategy, and timely reporting • Review and approve access to the l2wholesale.com website when the VP of Business Development is out • Maintain thorough product and program knowledge • Create positive customer experiences and respond to customer needs • Communicate brand standards and create social media content when appropriate • Attend trade shows and travel to key customers, up to approximately 50% domestically • Serve as an internal and external company ambassador • Contribute beyond the core job description and help drive solutions • Perform other projects and duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment while maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude • Ability to travel up to 50%, including scheduling flights, hotels, and rental vehicles • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds • 3+ years of experience in the promotional products industry preferred • CRM/HubSpot experience preferred • Custom decoration industry experience preferred • Ability to occasionally travel by car and air • Extended periods of screen use and ability to communicate clearly by phone and video • Longer hours, evenings, and weekend work may be necessary as business needs require
