📋 Description

• Provide technical support for FAA programs and systems, including FTI, MS, ADS-B, DCNS, and WMSS • Install, repair, configure, test, and perform preventative maintenance on networking and telecommunications equipment • Work at customer remote locations, indoors and outdoors, within the assigned area • Work remotely in scheduled and on-call capacities at customer locations • Travel to remote sites within the assigned area and occasionally outside the assigned region • Read, understand, and follow equipment drawings and task orders • Take notes and document work performed at customer locations • Coordinate by phone with the NOCC, SAC, and Helpdesk to resolve field issues • Maintain tools, test equipment, parts/electronics, truck stock inventory, and personal or company vehicle • Prepare for assigned tasks before dispatching • Follow L3Harris and program-specific policies and procedures with the supervisor (ASL)

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience • Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Public Trust / Public Trust Clearance • Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record • Ability to obtain and maintain active DOD Secret Clearance • Network+, CCNA, CCNP, CCNA Wireless, or A+ preferred • Willingness and ability to work from home in an on-call status • Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time to remote sites within the assigned drive circle and outside the assigned region as needed • Ability to lift items up to 32 pounds; preferred ability to lift 70 pounds • Ability to use ladders and step stools to reach approximately 10 feet • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work in a high-stress and high-visibility environment • Ability to work outside regularly scheduled hours and respond to after-hours emergency calls
