📋 Description

• Support the Communications team in developing messaging and communications materials • Write, edit, and publish content across email, newsletters, intranet, and digital platforms • Research and prepare briefing materials, background documents, and Q&A content • Assist with media tracking, communications metrics, engagement reporting, and related analysis • Maintain communications tools and platforms, including intranet pages, SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and editorial calendars • Monitor communications trends and recommend process or content improvements • Collaborate with communications, marketing, public relations, and internal stakeholders on key initiatives • Execute communications strategies aligned with company announcements, integrated campaigns, and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in public relations, communications, radio/television, Journalism, or related field • Knowledge of AP Stylebook guidelines (preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred) • Previous experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint (preferred) • Previous experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry (preferred) • Detail-oriented • Ability to maintain accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality • Ability to manage multiple assignments
