• Lead Program Planner supporting a large, long-term program • Manage development and maintenance of complex program schedules • Perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects • Ensure major projects and program schedules are integrated across company functional groups • Perform Schedule Risk Analysis and integrate subcontractor effort • Utilize project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances • Ensure compliance with internal program procedures • Lead and participate in scheduling status reviews • Mentor program teams and CAMs in schedule best practices
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 9 years planning experience or 7 years minimum related experience with graduate degree • Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree • Demonstrated experience on programs with responsibility for development and execution of the IMS • Experience with schedule health metrics (e.g. DCMA 14-point check) • Familiarity with DOD contracts and requirements • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Skilled in Microsoft Project, Excel, Excel Pivot Tables, Word, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with external EVMS reporting and related requirements
