📋 Description

• Oversee implementation and operational support of SAP Sales and Distribution functionality • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and managed service support personnel • Design, configure, and test SAP SD solutions • Provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices • Document business requirements for SAP SD modules • Support large SAP implementation projects, system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts • Develop and maintain functional specifications and process-flow documentation • Prioritize issue resolution and enhancements • Guide troubleshooting of complex SAP SD issues • Build internal and external customer relationships and align system solutions with changing business requirements • Stay current with new technologies within SAP systems • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure production system stability and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience • Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 4 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience • Minimum of 6 years of experience in ERP system utilization and configuration • Proven track record of successful system implementations and support • Strong understanding of Sales and Distribution, project management principles, and SAP integration points with other modules such as MM, FICO, and PMMO • Experience with SAP Preferred partner Cognitus Billing and Contract Flowdown solution • Exposure to waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
