📋 Description

• Design complex Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system solutions that satisfy specific customer requirements • Craft high quality proposal text and drawings that clearly and effectively describe the technical solutions being offered • Participate in discussions and presentations with customers, consultants, vendors and other personnel as necessary to advance projects • Formally present technical solutions and product information to various stakeholders • Coordinate technical transition of design to implementation system engineer after contract is awarded • Ability to travel 15%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience • 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree • 5+ years of technical experience in telecommunication systems design involving LMR communications systems (P25, Tetra, DMR, Microwave and LTE) • Complete knowledge of RF coverage predictions, including coverage analysis, frequency reuse, traffic/capacity modeling • Experience presenting complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
