📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategically significant supplier capacity expansion plans • Work with internal leadership and supply-base leadership to develop and deliver targeted sourcing plans • Own planning and execution of program-specific capacity expansion initiatives for an assigned portfolio • Brief internal leadership and external customers on program strategies for meeting targeted production rates • Prepare presentations and lead presentations to peers, customers, suppliers, and managers • Assemble and lead cross-functional teams focused on NRE, dual sourcing, and long-lead material efforts • Align program, supply chain, operations, and customer objectives • Assist with supplier capacity expansion program plans and related proposals • Support negotiation of subsequent subcontracts • Influence and validate supplier budget and schedule baselines using EVMS • Own SCM financial reporting, including material EAC reports, material forecasts, and CAM inputs • Mentor less senior personnel in establishing priorities and coordinating program activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant supply chain experience • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related supply chain experience • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related supply chain experience • Ability to travel 15% to other L3Harris facilities and supplier sites across the country • Demonstrated success within a rapidly growing organization preferred • Ability to operate well under multiple deadlines and respond to changing priorities • Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts over $100M within the defense acquisition environment preferred • Experience with regulatory requirements such as FAR/DFARS, AS9100, MDA CUI, and SPRS preferred • Experience supporting solid rocket motor programs or new supplier/material qualifications under schedule pressures preferred • Experience with capital expansion or capital expenditure projects supporting rapid growth targets preferred • Experience managing complex projects with general oversight • Strong knowledge of defense acquisition project management methods, including program planning, integrated master scheduling, earned value management, and cost account management
