📋 Description

• Spearhead the full-stack productization path for QuantAI assets • Turn quantitative and agentic prototypes into applications and packaged products • Stand up frontend experiences that make advanced algorithms usable • Make pragmatic architecture choices across frontend, backend, and APIs • Research and evaluate technology constraints and choose suitable paths • Build, review, and unblock implementation across relevant technologies • Establish product engineering discipline around security, observability, and quality • Use agentic development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, economics, finance, operations research, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience building and shipping full-stack applications or related software • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on depth across full-stack delivery • Strong product and architecture judgment in ambiguous environments • Evidence of ability to operate as a hands-on builder-manager • Experience with relevant tools and platforms such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, Docker, cloud services, Kubernetes, etc. • Experience building AI or agentic systems in high-stakes decision-support environments
