📋 Description

• Partner with design, user research, and product management teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience • Contribute design concepts based on user research and business needs • Assist in planning and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research • Gather insights from research and the voice of the customer to understand users' wants and needs • Define the customer journey • Communicate research findings and design concepts to the product management team • Complete impactful projects supporting Labcorp's healthcare innovation mission • Participate in enterprise-wide learning, leadership exposure, intern events, speaker sessions, professional development, mentoring, and employee resource group activities

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Design, Communications, Psychology or Marketing • Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors, graduating December 2027 through June 2029 • Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office preferred • Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods preferred • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be currently enrolled in a relevant degree program • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future
