📋 Description

• Supporting investigator sites through effective communication • Managing phone interactions • Resolving accession holds in coordination with internal teams • Notifying investigator sites and sponsors of lab results • Responding to project-related inquiries from sites and sponsors • Serving as a liaison between internal teams and external clients • Communicating site needs during policy or procedural changes • Monitoring and resolving accession holds • Documenting service failures and resolving issues • Maintaining training folders and updating documentation • Completing onboarding and mandatory training

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • One year customer service experience • Fluent in both English and Brazilian Portuguese • Associate’s degree and/or Medical Assistant (preferred) • Two years customer service experience (preferred) • Two years call center / telephone customer support experience (preferred) • Two years healthcare, medical or laboratory experience (preferred)
