• Serve as the key client contact and liaison between clients, CROs, and Labcorp • Lead interactions among Labcorp study team members to ensure seamless study delivery • Provide project management oversight focused on client deliverables, budget, risk, and milestone management • Facilitate communications between clients and the extended Labcorp study team • Review statements of work to ensure quality implementation of client requirements • Manage a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies • Represent client needs within Labcorp Central Laboratory Services and across Labcorp business units • Document and act on customer expectations in compliance with regulatory requirements • Manage conflicting priorities and make difficult decisions in dynamic environments • Implement, monitor, and report performance metrics • Participate in continuous process improvement, quality, and productivity initiatives • Understand assigned clients' culture and pipeline with internal and external personnel • Build internal and external relationships to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget • Participate in functional meetings and provide input while keeping processes up to date • Comply with Labcorp Central Laboratory Services global project management strategy • Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity • Perform other duties as assigned
• High school diploma or equivalent • 5 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry • 5 or more years of experience managing complex global clinical projects, including budget, risk, timeline, and stakeholder management • 5 or more years of experience in client-facing and stakeholder management • Proven ability to drive project execution, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Ability to lead client communications, manage expectations, influence outcomes, and build long-term trusted partnerships • Demonstrated leadership skills, including influencing without direct authority, aligning cross-functional teams, and removing roadblocks • Proven ability to contribute to broader client, operational, and organizational objectives • Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach • Demonstrated success in process improvement, change management, or operational excellence initiatives • Excellent understanding of clinical trials, project management methodologies, and clinical development processes • Strong ownership mindset with accountability, independent decision-making, and successful execution of complex projects • Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive solutions • Bachelor's degree in life sciences (preferred) • Project Management training or certification such as PMP or Prince2 (preferred)
